Police exploring ‘dubious passing’ of Ocean County explorer. Sea Township Police are exploring what they’re calling a “dubious demise” after a lady’s body was discovered Friday on Barnegat Branch Trail, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer reported Saturday.

The body was found in a lush space of the path close to Country Line Road in Waretown on Friday.

The case is being researched by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit, the Ocean Township Police Department, the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigation Unit and the Ocean County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The name of the lady has not been delivered.

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit and the Jersey City Police Department are researching the shooting that happened in the space of Stegman Street and Martin Luther King Drive, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said in a tweet.

No other data on the shooting was quickly delivered.

Shut to an hour and a half later Saturday night, Jersey City police were exploring a shooting occurrence in the space of Bergen Avenue and Dwight Street, police said in radio transmissions.

There were five crimes in Jersey City in May, and another demise provided details regarding May 8 is as yet named dubious. Saturday night’s lethal shooting was the principal murder in June.

There have been 16 crimes in Hudson County so far this year, and three different passings (counting the May 8 demise) are dubious, yet have not been announced murders.
